Engine 10 is a 2023 Spartan Metrostar S-180 fire engine. Engine 10 was built by Spartan ERV thru Metro Fire Apparatus Specialists. Engine 10 was purchased by the City of Whitewright in 2023 to replace outdated and worn out equipment. Engine 10 carries 1000 gallons of water and 20 gallons of Class A Foam, as well as tons of Fire-Rescue tools and Extrication Equipment. Engine 10 is our first unit out on nearly all responses with the exception of medical calls and grass/brush fires.
